Water Travels Through Multiple Stages of Filtration:

Fluoride Removal Water Filter Cartridge

• Water flows through a fluoride reducing mineral cartridge containing our Eagle Activated Charcoal Fluoride Removal Media specifically designed to remove Fluoride, Lead, and Arsenic.
  
  
• Removes metals through a mixture of adsorption and chemical reaction with the media; therefore, the elimination is not reliant on ion exchange.
  
  
• Can be used over a wide pH range. Also effectively removes lead and arsenic. In addition, we add our media, ERA® 6500 & 9500 to prevent bacteria growth.
  
  
• Minimum maintenance requirement: You can easily set your personalized auto-flush intervals depending on your incoming water quality and water usage. The system is basically maintenance-free after the initial set up, which saves your time and money in the long run.

SMART Cartridge

• Water passes through coconut shell granulated activated carbon (Arsenic-Free GAC™). GAC is universally recognized and regularly used as an effective adsorbent for removing a wide variety of organic contaminants, chlorine, bad taste, and odors from drinking water.
  
  
• Water flows through the ion exchange resin, reducing heavy metals such as lead, copper, aluminum, and water hardness.
  
  
• Water flows through a bed of media made of a special high-purity alloy blend of two dissimilar metals - copper and zinc (Eagle Redox Alloy® 6500 and Eagle Redox Alloy® 9500.)
  
  
• Eliminate bacteria and enhance the water alkalinity and achieve a balanced pH.

Carbon Block Cartridge

• Water flows through a 20" solid carbon cartridge for removing  chlorine, odors, cloudiness & colors, volatile organic carbon compounds (VOC's), & any remaining insecticides, pesticides and industrial solvents.
  
  

Vertical Hydraulic Gauge

Use the gauges on the system to check the following:

• The first pressure gauge to read your feed water pressure (city water, well or cottage pump water pressure) and the outgoing pressure from the first stage.
  
  
• The second gauge to read the second filter outgoing pressure.
  
  
• The number of gauges varies depending on the unit

Please Note:

• This unit is not a water softener. It may reduce some hardness but not all. If your water is very hard, please let us know
  
  
• Warning: Although a leak detector/flood-prevention valve is optional with your purchase, it is highly recommended to avoid property damage. Due to numerous unpredictable circumstances including installation errors, flood-damage is subject to occur without a leak-detector valve. Including a leak-detector will allow the water system to be flood-proof.
  
  
• This system is installed at the main water supply line in order to treat all the water in your home; unlike an RO system, this system will NOT reduce Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and instead keeps healthy minerals in your water; if you are interested in a filter that removes TDS consider our Crystal Quest Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems

Determining Whole House Water Filter Size
If you have a high level of contaminants or a larger number of residences, you should consider a larger unit that offers more media for more contact time.

• Leak Detector Smart Valve: Used to detect a water leak within a water filter system and shuts down the water supply to prevent flooding.
  
  
• 12 GPM Ultraviolet Water Sterilizer System Specifically designed to meet the demanding microorganism control concern. These microorganisms can range from bacteria and viruses to algae and protozoa. A major advantage of UV treatment is that it is capable of disinfecting water faster than chlorine without cumbersome retention tanks and harmful chemicals to your drinking water.
  
  
• Floor Mount Stand: This stand is a lightweight, powder coated aluminum frame to increase the durability of these systems. This will allow you to place the system anywhere and not drill any holes into the wall. Adding a stand to your order will be $45, if ordered without the system, there will be a fee of $85 + shipping.
